Advance Taxi Booking

Taxi Move Consortium informs its customers that, pursuant to and for the purposes of the applicable regulations, the service commonly referred to as a “booking” is in fact a “delayed activation call.” In other words, a “booking” request is considered a deferred taxi request. As a result, requesting a taxi in advance of the desired ride time does not guarantee that a vehicle will arrive, but only guarantees that the request will be entered into the radio taxi system. The ride will be carried out only if a taxi is available at the requested time.

The search for an available taxi will in fact be carried out a few minutes before the time requested by the customer.
The customer acknowledges that, in the case of a “delayed activation call,” the arrival of a taxi at a specific address and its punctuality at a specific time cannot be guaranteed because, as with any other taxi request, this depends on the availability of free taxis at that particular time and in that area.

The customer will also be required to pay the driver, at the end of the ride, for the time needed for the taxi to arrive and/or for any waiting time, in accordance with the regulations in force in the municipality.

It is therefore understood that the only commitment undertaken by Taxi Move Consortium is to search for a vehicle available to perform the requested ride, without assuming any liability in the event that no vehicle is able to carry out the service.
